Genuine Answers to Your Questions
Do you provide/rent email database?
No. But why? We always assure and secure your database, hence we cant sell or provide database.
What about Refund Policy?
When you made order occurs cost to us hence if your account remains unused with 24 hours, you will get the refund of 50% of Payment. If email credits used or not used more than 24 hours we will not refund. No refund for Dedicated Plan.
Will You Suspend My Account?
We reserve the right to shut down campaigns at any time if we feel that you are abusing our system in any way and can not refund your amount when our email systems have abused in any manner.
Do I Need any Coding Knowledge?
No. We video guides and inbuilt support guides will help directions. Email Composing is easy with our Drag and Drop Email Composer.
Will You do Email Sending Job?
For our client’s accounts security, we cant take sending job at any cost. Even any of our team member cant enter your account without your support ticket.
Do you verify my email list’s contacts?
By default, our email system will not verify your email contacts. You may opt for email verification if you use single opt-in contacts. It will occur additional cost S$30 per 1000 email contact.
